Terms and Condition (Updated 24/9/2021)

1-No audio and video recording and sharing during All Classes include Online, Live or Zoom class and any type class and online meeting. UKPOA have All copy right and UKPOA reserve the right to pursue legal action. All reproduction, distribution, or sharing with other parties without prior consent of UKPOA is strictly prohibited.

2-All lesson materials (including online videos, in class notes and online notes) used by UKPOA and distributed to students remain the property of UKPOA. All reproduction, distribution, or sharing with other parties without prior consent of UKPOA is strictly prohibited.

3-All contacts of UK’s power team, including sourcing agents, builders, lawyers and tax advisor, remain the property of UKPOA. Distribution or sharing the contacts with other parties without prior consent of UKPOA is strictly prohibited.

4-UKPOA do not provide any investment advice. All information UKPOA provided is for educational and knowledge sharing purposes only. The information provided is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell property. You should carry out your own independent research before taking any investment decision.

5-The Action Class fee includes 6 live training classes only. Field trip is not mandatory part of this training course. Continued consultation and the use of UKPOA online system after class 6 is provided as form of goodwill and support.

6- If The Action Class participants is absent from class, he/she can attend the next round’s class or attend the video section upon request.

7- The Action Class Participants can postpone the Field trip for maximum of one year from the date of sign up. Cost of the field trip is at the participants’ own expenses. 

8- All fees paid/ after bank-in are strictly non- refundable and non-transferable.

9- Participants must take their own risk and obtain travel insurance for the field trip.
UKPOA will not be responsible for any unseen events and accidents.

10-The Action Class Promotion offers, such as “free hotels” are given as bonus. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of UKPOA shall be final and conclusive.

11-UKPOA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and to terminate this
promotion at any time without prior notice to the members. UKPOA accepts no liability for any such change or termination.

12-The Bonus offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.

13-UKPOA will provide best of UK’s power team contacts, but does not guarantee the network can provide certain percentage of return on investment.
